Yes! You will have to show the door person your outfit, and change immediately or you will be asked to leave. There are washrooms that you can change in, and you can check your outside clothes at the coatcheck, including bags.

Unfortunately Cabaret Berlin is not accessible. There is a flight of stairs to go into the venue from street level. Inside the venue is all one level.
